Aw bless just waved me sis of at birmingham station ...had a ickle weep its really quite now shes on her way back home missing her already ...but we have had a fab couple of days...and not wet meself with laughing .. which was a blessing lol!!!!!i have a photo of me to share which to most of you wont know ...but since January last year i have been dieting and have lost now five stones and a bit....the picci on two posts down was me was taken last August so i have compared the difference in me which actually shocked me as i didnt realise i actually look quite good now compared to then...i love this picci me sis took of me so just wanted to share it with you...sorry if im blowing my own trumpet but im chuffed with all my hard work....and this picci of me taken yesterday will keep me focused as ive a bit more to loose.....thanks for reading my waffle lol!!!.....and thanks for visisting
